Greetings Colleagues!
On behalf of the Friends of the National Institute of Nursing Research, I am pleased to invite nominations and applications for the 2008 Pathfinder and Ada Sue Hinshaw Awards. Each year, FNINR receives a greater number of highly qualified applicants than before. We have posted the nomination and application form, as well as information describing these awards, on our website. Please click the link below, and provide one set to the director of research at your institution.
Applicants may submit materials for an award independently, as a nomination is not required. However, if a nominations is made, one of the letters of recommendation must be from the nominator. Please note the eligibility requirements for each award.
All materials must be submitted by Monday, June 30, 2008, for consideration for these two awards. Send all materials to:

The recipients will be introduced during the awards ceremony at the Friends of the National Institute of Nursing Research NightinGala on October 1, 2008, at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC.
